Blokland, Hans (1943 - )

Member of the European Parliament with the Independence and Democracy Group (Ind/Dem), formerly the EDD Group. Left the EP in July 2009. Treasurer of the Ind/Dem Group from 2004.

MEP from 1994 to 2009 for the Christian Union and SGP in the Netherlands. Former co-chair of the Europe of Nations Group in the European Parliament until 1999. Co-chair of the EDD Group between 1999 and 2004. First Vice-President for the Environmental Committee.
