Méndez de Vigo, Iñigo (1956 - )
Minister of Europe in Spain since December 2011.
A Christian Democrat MEP, who was the chair of the European Parliament’s delegation in the Convention in the Future of Europe and a member of its Praesidium. Chaired the Convention working group on Subsidiarity.
Participated in the Intergovernmental Conference from October to November 2003 as one of the European Parliament's two representatives. In November, he was replaced by Elmar Brok. Coordinator for the Christian Democrats in the Committee on Constitutional Affairs. EPP.
