Martin, David (1954 - )
British Labour politician and former vice President of the European Parliament. Drafted the third proposal for an EU constitution in 1995 together with Bourlanges. Was a candidate for the post of the President of the European Parliament in 2002 when Pat Cox was elected. Represents Scotland. PES.
