Kaufmann, Sylvia-Yvonne (1955 - )
Vice-Chair of the GUE/NGL Group in the European Parliament and also of the Constitutional Affairs Committee until 2009 when she left both the Parliament and her party, Die Linke.
She and was member of the Convention on the Future of Europe and the former Charter Convention.
She also participated actively in the cross political federalist inter group. Elected for the German PDS since 1999. Voted in favor of the Lisbon Treaty as the only member of her political group and is now a member of SPD. She was elected to the European Parliament for SPD in 2014.
