Heathcoat-Amory, David (1949 - ) 

British Conservative MP who resigned as a minister in protest against the party's then pro EU policy. As a member of the Convention he has also resigned from the EPP group, because of its federalist views.

Co-chaired the Democracy-Forum opposition group in the Convention.
