Conclusions of the presidency
After every summit the European Council President publishes the agreed conclusions of the summit.
They are negotiated, often altered between the Prime Ministers, and then set the direction for further EU policy initiatives. Presidency conclusions are not legally binding but have been used by the EU Court as a form of soft law.
