Vitorino, Antonio (1957 - )
Former Chairman of the Committee on European Affairs in the Portuguese Parliament, former Commissioner for Justice and Home Affairs from 1999 to 2004. Also member of the EU-Convention for the Commission. He was member of the Portuguese parliament for the socialist party. He now heads the “Notre Europe” European think tank of Jacques Delors in Paris.
