Duty-free goods

The EU has forbidden duty-free sales at seaports and airports for travellers between EU member countries. Duty-free sales are still available for travellers to and from countries outside the EU.
Notes
Finland's Åland Islands have a special exemption (a derogation) allowing them to continue duty-free sale on ships to Sweden and Finland.
