Agenda 2000

The Agenda 2000 is an EU Commission draft from 1997 on expenditures before and after enlargement covering the period 2000-2006. It was agreed upon at the Berlin Summit in 1999.
The figures were slightly increased at the Copenhagen Summit in December 2002, concluding the final agreement on enlargement.
