Budget for 2008

The EU budget for 2008 was adopted by the European Parliament on 13 December 2007. Including amending budgets during the year the commitment appropriations amounted to € 128.3 billion and the payment appropriations to € 110.4 billion.
It corresponds to 1.02% and 0.88% of the gross national income of the 27 member states.
