Round of negotiation in the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) that lasted from 1960 until 1961. Major agreements that came out of this round included a 10% reduction of the European Community's external tariff.
Notes
In 1995 GATT was renamed as the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
