Leading Irish eurosceptic who took part in the successful campaign for an Irish "No" to the Treaty of Nice on 7th June 2001 and the Treaty of Lisbon on 12th June 2008 and the secoind Irish referendum on the Lisbon Treaty 2 October 2009.
Since 2007 President of the Foundation for EU Democracy, which is affiliated to the EUDemocrats. (eudemocrats.org)
