Antici-group

In every permanent representation in Brussels, a diplomat has the task of preparing the summits in the European Council. During summits, the Antici-group meets in a specific meeting room adjacent to that of the prime ministers. Only these diplomats are allowed to visit their prime ministers and take notes during summits.

Notes

• Named after an an Italian diplomat, Paolo Antici, who chaired the first Antici-group in 1975.
